House league, private training and one-day events for ages 5–13 in Kanata and Nepean. Spring and Summer seasons starting May 18.
Ottawa Blizzards started as a rec league — a place for former high-level players to keep playing the game they love without the pressure of competitive soccer.
What we found was something we didn't expect: a real community.
That community is what drives our youth programs.
The coaches and staff behind OBS have played at levels that opened doors — provincial, university, semi-professional.
We know what quality development looks like, and we know how early it starts.
We built our youth programs to give kids in Ottawa access to that same coaching, in an environment that's structured and serious about development, without ever losing the joy of the game.
That's the part we NEVER want to coach out of them.

One-Day Events & School Clinics
High-energy single-day soccer experiences for schools, community groups and organizations.
We bring the coaching, the structure and the energy — you bring the kids.
Past partners include schools and community organizations across Ottawa.
Real coaches, real development Our coaches provide the same attention to detail and development found in competitive environments — adapted for rec-level kids who are there to grow and have fun.
Small enough to know your kid We keep our groups intentionally sized. Your child isn't a number on a roster. Coaches know names, track progress and communicate with parents.
Nine years of showing up We've run programs through rain, field changes and everything in between. Families come back season after season because we don't cut corners.
Community that sticks Some of our players started with us from their first day of school. By graduation, they are still here. That's not marketing — that's just what happens when you build something real.
We're happy to help. Join the priority list and we'll point you in the right direction.
