Hi, I'm Xavier, founder of Ottawa Blizzards Soccer. For me, the most rewarding part of soccer has always been the relationships I've built through the game. I started these programs because I believe everyone deserves the chance to feel like they truly belong.
When that sense of belonging is there, it’s amazing to see what people can accomplish together.
